How far in advance should we book the caterer?

• Book the caterer when you have confirmed your venue site.

Can we do a taste test?

• Our smaller, more intimate, tastings are held once a month. Fall and Spring Tastings are planned each year inviting local wedding vendors.

Can we see one of your catering setups?

• We invite all our clients to come and observe us as we setup for an event.

A few of our guests require a special menu?

• Just let us know the type and number of meals to prepare.

How close to the wedding can we get and still make menu changes or guest count changes?

• Ten days prior to the event is adequate time to allow any menu or guest count changes.
