How far in advance should we book the caterer?

Book the caterer when you have confirmed your venue site.

Can we do a taste test?

Our smaller, more intimate, tastings are held once a month. Fall and Spring Tastings are planned each year inviting local wedding vendors.

Can we see one of your catering setups?

We invite all our clients to come and observe us as we setup for an event.

A few of our guests require a special menu?

Just let us know the type and number of meals to prepare.

How close to the wedding can we get and still make menu changes or guest count changes?

Ten days prior to the event is adequate time to allow any menu or guest count changes.
